Many years ago, when I was younger and working as a security guard (and I may become one again, if I am unable to make a substantial life for myself from my art), I was on the night shift. During my patrols of the property under my care, I spent time walking outside. As the early morning sunrise began to hover over the horizon, the sky was aflame with all the shades of blue and fire that the Sun and the Earth could conjure in their display of naturally awesome art. This visual masterpiece of natural art became burned into my memory and inspired this original composition of mine.
