Songs for the 21st Century is dedicated to Sarah Jane Paulley, my greatest admirer, sadly deceased at the young age of 29. When I spoke to Sarah about the inspiration of many of my new pieces for this project, she happily replied, "So this is going to be your DARK album". My life is enriched by having known you. I love you still, as do many others. You are lovingly missed by us all.
